HOW WILL YOU RING IN 2022?
California knows how to party, especially on New Year's Eve. Just about every bar and nightclub celebrates this prominent holiday. Restaurants are known to adjust their hours of operation, curate a special menu or throw a full on bash. Piers, hills and cities are lit with firework extravaganzas while casinos countdown the seconds.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, some events have been cancelled or altered. Regardless of where or how you decide to ring in the new year, please be safe.
If you're like me and haven't decided on what to do for New Year's Eve 2022, here are some random events, across multiple counties in California, that are happening. I will also mention a list of events that have been cancelled, this year.

Firework Shows & Cancellations
All of Southern California amusement parks are scheduled to awe us with a firework show. Long Beach will light up the waterfront at midnight thanks to the Downtown Long Beach Alliance. Both the city of San Francisco and Sacramento have cancelled their firework spectacle, for the second year in a row. My family withdrew their evening plans at Pechanga Casino, in Temecula, due to the cancellation of the midnight ball-drop and firework show. Wishing you a prosperous and happy new year!
